Avon Dancers Club invite you to a Modern Ballroom and Latin American practice night (Waltz, Tango, Viennese Waltz, Slow Foxtrot, Quickstep, Cha Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Paso Doble, Jive). Several tracks for all ten dances are played during the evening, in rotation and according to the preference of those dancing.

This is *not* a general dance, the whole idea is to be able to stop and start and generally work things through - practise what you've learned in an environment where nobody will complain about you getting in the way. There is usually plenty of room to do that, and all standards are welcome. If you want to "just dance" - that's fine too.

Visitors are welcome, membership is not necessary (although encouraged). Spectators are also welcome (no charge), especially old-hands who have hung up their shoes to come and chew the fat.

Refreshments are available mid-evening, included in the price of admission (or 50p for non-dancing visitors).
