We teach and refresh all the popular easy and more intermediate level sequence dances covered at SFD and other dance events (and a few new ones). Sequence dancing is a great way of learning and improving ballroom dancing steps and technique. Music is a mix of chart and strict tempo. It's an ideal way to get fit and meet new friends.
