6.30 to 7.00 pm - 1:1 Lessons - Booking required.
7.00 pm - Social/Practise Session
7.15pm - Beginners Class - Mambo & Merengue
8.15pm - Beginners Revision - Social Time
8.30pm - Beginners Plus Class

Absolute Beginners Class - for anyone who have never danced before or have danced very little. One dance is taught for approx 6 weeks before moving onto another dance style. In this class the basic Cha Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba, Paso Doble, Waltz, Tango, Ballroom & Social Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz will be taught. We advise pupils to remain in the class for approx 2 years before progressing onto the Improvers Class. This will ensure that all steps are memorized ensuring an easier transgression to the Improvers Class.

Beginners Plus Class - for anyone who has taken part and completed our Absolute Beginners class or who know the basic terminology of the all dances taught at beginner level.

1:1 Lessons - These are great if you wish to learn a particular dance, or you have missed a class, for a wedding dance or just would prefer a 1:1 lesson. Cost £31.00 per hour, or £15.50 for 30 minutes. There are usually two couples in the hall at the same time. Each having their own qualified AISTD instructor for their individual needs. Lessons do not have to be every week. Happy for you to share with friends/family/small group. Contact us for further details.
