Scottish dancing class for existing dancers with some experience

Price: £10 annual subscription and £3 per evening

Time: 19:45 to 21:30hrs

This is the main class which follows on from the beginners / improvers class. Those attending will be able to understand simple instructions and know the basic steps for reels, jigs and strathspeys.

All dances taught at this class are walked through prior to dancing so everyone gets the chance to learn them first. Teachers vary throughout the season and a list of who is teaching each evening is available. There is a Dance of the Month.

It is a fun and very social class and everyone dances with each other, usually changing partners for each dance.

Tea and biscuits approx 20:30

We also have special events such as Burns Supper, President's Evening, Annual Ball and exchange evenings with the Stafford Folk Group throughout the year
