Join the Chicken Shack for their Full Circle Fitness classes for a low impact step class
Learning the Rock'n'Roll solo dance 'strolls'
Join us Upstairs and The Birds, Leytonstone High Road
Feel free to wear a nice frock if you miss dressing up, but anything comfortable is suitable.
Perfect class for those who dislike the gym! Fun, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, like all our classes.
We usually achieve around 5,000 steps an hour.
No experience needed and classes are run on a drop in basis and are £5
Stroll class is 7pm to 7.45pm
Followed by a Jive Class 7.45pm to 8.30pm
and then time for social dancing
