A relaxed dance school aiming to ensure that all members enjoy learning a new skill and learning a variety of dances. Slow dances, fast dances, fun dances. We have been teaching for over 20years in Ayrshire, Glasgow and Est Kilbride.
Our aim is to develop new beginners to be confident and competent on the dance floor, by being patient also persevering and practice will make you a competent and confident social dancer. if you do not try you will never feel the buzz of achieving a special skill. It has been proven scientifically that Ballroom Dancing is the best form of exercise that anyone can do for all sorts of health benefits.
