If you've been keeping your head low when milonga or vals tandas start....or have never danced either style before, these workshops are for you !
We have designed two workshops as introductions to Vals and Milonga, in which you will become familiar with the rhythms in and learn some simple yet effective steps for each.
We welcome all levels with the exception of absolute beginners - some tango experience is needed, in that we will presume a knowledge of the embrace and tango walking, so we can get straight to the topic areas.
The workshops will be full of ultra useful tips and steps for both experienced dancers and those new to Vals and Milonga 🙂
We look forward to welcoming you to our lovely hall here in FOLKESTONE ! For the first of a series of 3 FOLKESTONE WORKSHOPS in 2025, to support the local Folkestonian Tango community and bring dancers from elsewhere to dance Tango here in the town 😃
