"Let's Dance" is a UK-wide initiative and campaign led by broadcaster & journalist Angela Rippon & is part of the NHS's ten-year plan to promote fitness, health, & wellbeing. Dance is officially recognised as a vital activity that improves mental & physical health, combats loneliness & brings sheer joy through creativity & community.

We would to invite you to a free evening to visit our club to learn about “Social Ballroom”. To book contact annie.seaborn@gmail.com or 07801 758877.
You will have the opportunity to learn some simple dance steps from IDTA qualified dance teachers, Annie & Andy. You are welcome to relax & watch our regular members dance or join in.
Dance music finishes at 10pm but the bar is open till just before 11pm ( tea & coffee can be purchased from bar).

Our weekly club is very friendly & welcoming dance & social club run by a small committee with a big involvement of our club members.
Enjoy dancing to recorded & live music for Ballroom, Sequence, Latin, Party Dances, Line Dances & Rock n roll!
Adults of all ages (majority 50+) welcome, either alone or in couples or with friends.

Our club members enjoy social day trips, coffee mornings, local dances & dance breaks.
We have regular party nights (optional themed dress). Members are encouraged to support local charities by highlighting their work/fundraising.
As you can see, we pack in a lot!
