Get fit the fun way with our easy to do cardio sessions No equipment necessary but handweights can be used. Come along and meet new people, good for the mind, body and soul. We will warm up beforehand with some dancercise moves and cool down with stretches afterwards for those that want to.

Once you have made payment no refunds will be given, however, if we cancel a class we will offer the option of a refund or an alternative class.
